B.Voc Degree Course

Bachelor of Vocational Studies in Fashion Technology programme as Knowledge Partner with Kalinga University is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both fashion design principles and the technological aspects involved in the fashion industry. This interdisciplinary program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills to prepare students for careers in various areas of the fashion and textile sector.

Throughout the program, students learn about garment construction, pattern making, textiles, fashion illustration, computer-aided design (CAD), and manufacturing processes. They also gain insight into fashion trends, marketing strategies, and the business side of the industry.

What is B.Voc?

• Bechelor of Vocational Studies (B.Voc) is a three years degree programme offered at Heights Institute as Knowledge Partner with Kalinga University.
• Recognized by the MHRD, Govt. of India and UGC.
• Considered Equivalent to graduation and B.Voc graduates are eligible to apply for PG programme in any University across India.

Eligibility Criteria For Admission in B.Voc Programme are-

• Aspirant Shall be 10+2 or equivalent, in any stream.
• Enables those who have dropped out of the formal education system to pursue in the vocational streams.
• Can appear blue collar workforce of any organization to accrediting them with a recongnized degree/diploma for the vocational skills they already possess which would lead to higher retention, efficiency and productivity of workforce.
